Join us, along with sommelier Chris Riendeau, for an incredible dinner exploring wines from The Rhône and Columbia Valley. A five course menu, each paired with wine.

Seatings at 6PM or 8PM.

caramelized carrot tortellini | wilted baby kale | vichyssoise | vanilla

grilled quail | new hampshire mushrooms | fricassee of baers beans and goat sausage | mustard nage

pot roast | glazed root vegetables | potato puree | truffle jus | quatre epices

Course Five
enna chocolate torte | tuckaway cornmeal | stewed maine blueberries | crème anglaise
